We are based out of Siliguri but work in Bhutan, Nepal, Bihar, Assam, Sikkim and North Bengal.
60% of our work is out of city and therefore we are fully equipped to handle any outstation
work. We have worked in the remotest location like Nanglam and Sandrup Jhonkar(MHPA
Project) in Bhutan, Jhapa and Kathmandu in Nepal, Purnia and Bahadurjang in Bihar and
Harishchandrapur in Bengal.

supply chain to bring in efficiency in the system. Also we have been able to eliminate all middle
men and that helps us to reduce the cost by at least 20% as compared to our competitors. Our
pricing may be slightly more than a local carpenter but our finish and quality is way better. Try

WoodStock Kitchen gives a warranty of 7 years in their kitchen. Any issue with the kitchen apart
from physical damage, we will come and repair/replace.
For Appliances, we only deal with the brand which has a full fledge service centre in Siliguri.
For appliances the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

We are distributors for KAFF, Carysil and Laranza Hardware’s. Besides we also use Haffele,
Hettich and Ebco as per the customer demand.

Ideally we take 30 days to compete the kitchen. If the requirement is urgent we can do it in a
week’s time also, but it depends on our work schedule. If the location is very remote, we take a grace period of 10 days. But for the kitchen to complete, we need the client to complete the
flooring, ties and civil work.
The period of 30 days starts from the date of advance and not from the verbal or written
confirmation. Please refer to our blog to know what works need to be done for us to complete
the kitchen work.

Our Policy is a standard policy for all clients
50% – 60% – Advance
30 – 40% – Before the work starts
10% – After completion of Work

The flowing are the options we have:-
Inner caracase – WPC/PVC or PLY
Outside Finish – Laminates, Wooden, Acrylic Anti Skit, Ceramic, Glass and Super Mat Finish.
Handle Choice – No Handle – Gola Profile or Acrylic, Handle – Traditional Handle or Profile.
Hardware – Laranza or Hafele/Ebco/Hettich

Yes, we do Air Conditioning as well through our parent office – Shah Electronics. Shah
Electronics is a pioneer in Air Conditioning field and we do retail, wholesale and projects as well.
From normal Split and Window A/C, we do HVAC, VRF, Ductable and Multi splits.
Our Preferred Brands are – Mitsubishi Heavy, Daikin, Voltas, Panasonics and Blue Star.

We have no intention to make money from site visit, however to ensure that our efforts are not
wasted and the client is serious we do have a nominal charge. For local visit we charge Rs 500
and outstation Rs. 1000. If the location is more than 100 km then the charge is Rs. 1500.
We provide clients with both drawing and quote within three days of the visit.

Each Kitchen is customized according to a clients need and taste. Hence we have no return
policy after we have started the manufacturing. Incase the client informs us of his decision
immediately we will be glad to return the entire amount after deducting any expenses that we
might have incurred.
Once we have started the manufacturing we don’t entertain any return and the entire amount
stands forfeited.
