WoodStock Kitchen gives a warranty of 7 years in their kitchen. Any issue with the kitchen apart from physical damage, we will come and repair/replace. For Appliances, we only deal with the brand which has a full fledge service centre in Siliguri. For Appliances the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

Each Kitchen is customized according to a client’s need and taste. Hence we have no return policy after we have started the manufacturing. In case the client informs us of his decision immediately we will be glad to return the entire amount after deducting any expenses that we might have incurred. Once we have started the manufacturing we don’t entertain any return and the entire amount stands forfeited.
